Excellent gym, very spacious, even when its busy it doesn't feel too busy. Wonderful range of classes which are very easy to book via the app. All ages and fitness levels are welcomed.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness, interest in my goals and my life, encouragement and enthusiasm!!! I was given a comprehensive tour of the gym and then shown programs and classes that would be suitable for my needs and interests. I appreciated the ‘personal’ feedback email after my tour. I felt that I was joining a very friendly, welcoming and supportive community. Excited to be a part of the Impact Gym community and excited to hit some goals!!! ⭐️🩷⭐️🩷⭐️🩷⭐️🩷⭐️🩷⭐️🩷⭐️🩷⭐️

Lovely staff AMAZING GYM . So much variety if equipment, multi levels, and spaces, even in peak times you can still train easily Sometimes gym can be untidy after hours and weekends but that is hard to manage when its patrons leaving stuff out

Just wanted to give a massive shout out to Ash, what are credit to the gym she is. Every interaction I've had with her has been exceptional as have all my interactions with all the other staff, from Mark the trainer to Jen who took the first call when I inquired and I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mick. What these guys have created here in terms of community is exceptional and after having had several very poor customer prevention interactions from various other local gyms, these guys are an absolute standout.. Thank you for for making such an intimidating experience so delightful... My first impression was this place looked super scary as it is massive but it could not be further from the truth if you wanting to train somewhere and feel completely safe and supported this is the place to be. Well done guys outstanding... And on a side note I just got myself a green smoothie from the coffee shop in the building and not only was it the cheapest smoothie I've ever bought anywhere it was the best.... All round totally awesome experience... Thanks I will be telling everybody.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best gym on the Coast! Impact Gym has an awesome atmosphere — the staff are always friendly and supportive, the equipment is top quality, and the place is kept spotless. There’s a real community vibe here that makes you actually want to train. Easily the best gym I’ve been to!

Moving away to the Gold Coast and experiencing multiple gyms up here, none of them even come close to Impact Gym. The staff, the equipment, the atmosphere, and the customer service are all absolutely impeccable. I always love coming home to train at Impact Gym, it’s like stepping back into a place where you truly belong. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with genuine smiles and a sense of community that’s hard to find elsewhere. The equipment is always top-notch and well-maintained, and the team go above and beyond to make sure members feel supported and motivated. No other gym has matched the standard Impact sets, it truly feels like more than just a place to train. Can't recommend it enough!

I love this place! Came for a holiday and was offered a super reasonable visitors 7 day pass. The facility is unreal, best of the best and the staff were super nice. Shout out to staff member Kate, you made it that much better.

Impact Erina is so much more than a gym! Impact has seen me through the hardest years of being a mum, I’ve used the crèche facilities weekly and enjoyed a coffee with my best mates at the cafe after. I’ve rehabilitated my body after birth and fallen in love with multiple classes including dance which I never expected to love this much. The owners are always looking for ways to improve the space, equipment and parking. I’ll be forever grateful for the impact community and all the time I get to spend there :)
